1. if new member wish to join and any current member
can request one of the committees to discuss with whole
committee to consider new member request to join
CCDGS.
The committees have right to approve or reject
the new member request.
2. handicap score card. 3 proven score card must give
to the captain before the member can play in
competition. If the member have be out of play for 1 year
or more or less( committees decide)
All member must update their information on member
form or inform the committee of changes. All information
is protected by GDPR.
Name/address/email/mobile/N.O.K
Respect privacy of members and committees. Any
matter regarding changes in policy must emailed through
CCDGS email address
Handicap score carried over from end of the season to
new season.
Member must use online form and payment through
CCDGS website. If issue or problem arise contact one of
the committees.
WHS rules if holes closed and not played full 18 holes
the competition is annul and only play friendly game if
continues.
